Lessons being learned-some more obvious than others

1) I don't think guys know the difference between happiness and
attractiveness. Not to point out the obvious but, that is to our
advantage.

2) Being truly in love is really being truly willing. Willing to be
loving, even when you feel like crap.

3) Guys don't notice your physical flaws. This is strictly a burden we
inflict upon ourselves.

4) When in doubt, get a good night’s sleep.

5) If my single life and my married life were in a race together, married life would win. Every time.

6) Sometimes after a long day at work when your eye lids need crutches, “take out” can be the most beautiful words in the world. Embrace it.

  1. ohh i like all of these lessons. and that's a great picture of you both.

and just because i feel like it, im going to reply to your text in this comment box.

    1. YES i am seeing the hunger games movie the MOMENT it comes out. i watched the trailer and cried. and then watched it again and didn't cry (but had full-body chills). what book are you on, again? i can't recall.

    2. i think you asked me to come to DC in the second part of the text? i can't remember because my short term memory is not what it used to be, as we all know. is that what you asked me? you can reply via text. OR blog comment. you decide.

  2. Love these wisdoms! Getting a good night's sleep helps EVERYTHING and every now and then take-out is a must!

  3. Amen and amen. And SO AGREE with the take-out thing (at least when I was working). Now "roasted chicken" = a day outside of the kitchen and actually doing things around the house. So... staying at home=roasted chicken=take-out.
